ACI Capabilities
     - Information Technology

ACI personnel provide Information Technology support for NASA. Our projects and tasks range from end-user support to the architecture of enterprise systems. We oversee a large variety of systems, from simple print servers to computers running agency-wide enterprise applications. We are entrusted to work with highly-visible customers and with sensitive material and information. ACI personnel deal with a number of well-known companies and their products such as Apple, Dell, HP, Lockheed-Martin, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and VMware. Our expertise is with computer hardware and software integration, and our customers value the professionalism of the services that we provide.

ACI personnel provide technical documentation support to NASA. We employ our knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and NASA regulatory requirements to prepare Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) service, and presentations of additions or changes to the NASA/Ames Research Center telecommunications infrastructure. We also maintain project drawings and work with engineers to estimate costs of new telecommunications projects that include the fiber optic and copper cabling plant, video conferencing centers, and green building technologies. Our understanding of the environment and technical standards is a key feature in enabling our coworkers and customers to achieve their goals in a timely and efficient manner.
